Every pup deserves to feel free, secure, and sniff to their heart's content.

I'll form a team that will patrol our streets, parks, and trails - not just for fun (though let's be honest, it's a blast), but to ensure safety. tail-wagging joy, and the occasional squirrel stakeout. 

I'm taking zero tolerance for unclaimed poop. I plan to set the example Somerville needs. Responsibility is the backbone of leadership, and I lead by example - one clean sidewalk at a time.

From East Somerville to Davis Square, I will bring together pups of all breeds, backrounds and bark styles. I'll sniff noses, kiss babies (especially the sticky ones), and host regular bark meetups to ensure every dog's voice is howled– or atleast heard.

I plan to find more green spaces around the area that could be turned into dog play spaces, doggy hours like Arlington and Cambridge have. Come on Somerville – where’s your doggy off leash hours at?!

Why don't more restaurants offer us options? I plan to incentivize local restaurants and bars creating doggy menus (pup ice cream sundaes, chicken & rice, eggs & bacon, etc.)

Running is fun! The path is fun! I want to combine the two and gather local dog owners and fans at the Somerville commuter path for a morning of dog walking/running 5K fun.
