Mocha

For too long cats and dogs have been pitted against one another. This doesn't have to be! As a dog in touch with her inner-cat, Mocha is uniquely qualified to bring these groups together. She vows to work closely with the Somerville Bike Path Mayor to find common ground! Cats sit in boxes. Mocha sits in boxes. Common ground is literally square-shaped.

Somerville is overrun with rats. As the proud daughter of a Yorkshire Terrier, Mocha comes from a long line of expert rat chasers. As Mayor she'll elect the city's first Rat Czar, who will work paw in paw with dogs, cats, and humans to keep Somerville clean, safe, and rat free.

Twice a year, dogs suffer the injustice of disrupted routines. This is unacceptable. Breakfast is late, dinner is late, and walks are delayed. Mocha will file the Paws Off Our Clocks petition to abolish daylight savings time in Somerville. No more will dogs suffer the delay of walks or treats again!
